"Maaaaan, where do I start?! Karin was awesome! She was recommended to me by my brother in law that did some business with her. "I met Karin around September 2017, shortly after my brother passed away and I relocated to Bertram, TX to take care of his estate. I needed to know about the value of the property, which consisted of a 2,996 sq ft house and just over 5 acres, and what might be needed to get the property ready for sale. My family and I had been searching for a home for 1.5 years in a wild housing market.

We worked with a few different realtors during that time span and each one had us do the leg work. We were the ones stalking realtor.com, Zillow, etc. to find houses that met our criteria. Half the time we’d find one, it would be too late - the house would have multiple offers before we even saw it. To say the least it was very discouraging…until we met Karin.

Karin proactively sent us listings - she set up a portal where we could view houses specific to us and our budget, our must have’s, and our wishes. We worked with Karin for about 3 weeks and purchased a great home at a price we were comfortable with.
